Where does the data come from?

BatFax is built on publicly available game scorekeeping data — the same play-by-play records any fan, parent, or coach can view on GameChanger and similar platforms. We do not access private accounts, bypass any authentication, or use data that isn't publicly published. Think of it like a box-score aggregator that does the statistical heavy lifting for you.

What levels and leagues are covered?

We cover high school varsity and JV teams, travel/club teams, and any program that records games on a public scorekeeping platform. If your opponent has publicly logged games this season, we can build a report. College and recreational leagues vary — if you're unsure whether your opponent is in our system, just submit their name and we'll confirm before charging you.

What if you can't find data on my opponent?

No data, no charge. If we search and can't locate sufficient public game data for your opponent (typically fewer than 3 logged games), we'll reach out before generating anything and issue a full refund. You won't be left with a useless report.

How and when is the report delivered?

Enter your opponent's team name at checkout and we do the rest. Your PDF report is delivered to the email address used at checkout within 24 hours — typically faster. Reports are formatted to print cleanly on standard letter-size paper, ready for the dugout.

Triple Play: do I need to submit all 3 opponents at once?

No — Triple Play credits are used one at a time. After purchase you can email us to receive your remaining reports. Submit your first opponent before Friday's game, your second after you advance, and your third before the championship. Credits are valid for 6 months, so there's no rush.

Why are reports non-refundable once generated?

Each report is built specifically for the opponent you submit — it takes real computation and review time. Once that work is done, the cost is already incurred. That said, if your report arrives late, contains a clear data error, or covers the wrong team, email us and we'll make it right.
